The R&D team follow the Agile at scale framework SAFe, to ensure a close collaboration with the Product Teams and professional services. The EDI developer is part of the Agile EDI dev team, within the R&D department. The developer is in charge of the development of the User Stories assigned to him. He works closely with the other member of the team: PO, Scrum Master, other Developers, tech leader and QA. He follows all the good practices in place in the team (Design first, code review, unit test, ensuring that the delivered code meets the functional requirements, maintainable code …) and participates actively to all agile ceremony: Refinements, Sprint planning, PI planning, daily meetings, demo and retrospective.
