Job Summary
We’re hiring a Full Stack Developer to help scale a next-gen AI-powered travel assistant platform. You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. You’ll play a vital role in delivering new features, improving performance, and writing clean, well-documented code that adheres to sprint planning cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhancements across the stack
Contribute to sprint planning and consistently deliver high-quality Pull Requests
Develop and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI)
Build and optimize user interfaces using React
Design efficient and scalable MongoDB schemas and work with cloud infrastructure on AWS
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
Participate in code reviews and proactively suggest architectural improvements
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (preferably 3+ years)
Proficiency in Python (FastAPI), React, MongoDB, and AWS
Familiarity with Claude Code and GitHub workflows
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to communicate effectively in near-fluent English
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and cloud deployments
Comfortable working within UTC +1 to UTC -5 time zones (ideally 9–5 in your time zone)
Nice to Haves
A deep understanding of code architecture and experience writing clean, reusable code aligned with industry standards
Experience working in AI, travel-tech, or consumer-facing platforms
Familiarity with Agile development and rapid iteration cycles
