About the role We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality user experiences. Experience with Python is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities · Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js · Build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and frameworks like Express · Design and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL) · Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive interfaces · Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability · Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code · Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices · Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems · Integrate third-party APIs and services Requirements · Bachelors degree degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred). · Proven experience of more than 4 years as a full stack developer (React js, Node js) · Strong experience with React.js (Hooks, State Management, Component Lifecycle) · Proficiency in Node.js and backend frameworks (e.g., Express.js) · Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS · Experience with RESTful APIs and API integrations · Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL · Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) · Knowledge of software development best practices and agile methodologies · Experience with Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI) is a plus · Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) · Experience with Docker or containerization · Understanding of CI/CD pipelines · Knowledge of testing frameworks and debugging tools Benefits Why should you Join Hybrid MediaWorks?
