Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Avantao Technologies is looking for passionate Full Stack Developer Interns to support the development of our CRM systems and enhance customer experiences through cutting-edge Voice functionalities using Twilio’s JavaScript SDK. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience building Single Page Applications (SPAs), working with modern JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, and developing robust backend services using Node.js.
This internship allows you to work on real-world projects critical to our users, from contact centers to healthcare providers, delivering high-quality solutions that operate at scale.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN AND DO:

  • Assist in building self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
  • Learn to ensure high performance across both mobile and desktop platforms
  • Write clean, non-blocking JavaScript code and understand basic multithreading concepts
  • Work with senior developers to build and consume RESTful APIs
  • Learn to manage clear dependency chains in both application logic and file structure
  • Support integration with external web services and platforms like Twilio Voice SDK
  • Optimize backend performance with Node.js (memory, speed profiling)
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and issue triaging on GitHub
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers in an agile environment
  • Enhance and contribute to Twilio Voice reference applications
  • Develop understanding of browser compatibility (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.)
