ront-End DevelopmentDevelop responsive, user-friendly web applications using ReactJS, Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.Implement reusable UI components and modern front-end architecture patterns.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive customer and employee experiences.Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.Integrate front-end applications with APIs and back-end services.Collaboration & DeliveryParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers.Contribute to application design discussions and technical decision-making.Ensure adherence to security, governance, and software development best practices.Required QualificationsTechnical SkillsBack-EndStrong experience in Java and Spring Boot.Hands-on experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.Good understanding of REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and API Security.Experience with SQL databases and query optimization.Front-EndStrong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactJS.Experience with state management libraries and component-based architecture.Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.Additional SkillsExperience with Git-based version control systems.Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is an advantage.Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.Nice to HaveInterest and willingness to work on AI-led initiatives and Generative AI solutions.Exposure to AI/ML frameworks, LLM integrations, or AI-powered application development.Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools and intelligent automation solutions.Understanding of data analytics and AI-driven customer experience enhancements.Preferre
