SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proficiency in C#, TypeScript, React, and SQL
• Experience in full-stack development, including both front-end and back-end frameworks and ecosystems
• Familiarity with software practices such as event-driven architecture, SOLID principles, and test-driven development.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills to solve complex technical issues
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate trade-offs between effort and impact
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Experience with enterprise-grade systems or SaaS platforms
• A collaborative mindset, with enthusiasm to participate in pair programming, code reviews, and team discussions

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sydney-based Full Stack Developer to join our AU Platform team, where we build innovative software solutions powering legal workflows across Australia. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a talented team to develop cutting-edge cloud-based platforms, and work on the framework powering InfoTrack’s newest service offerings. Join us as we streamline complex processes and help shape the future of legal technology in Australia.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate within the team to design, develop, and maintain full-stack software solutions
• Contribute to and co-own technical specifications, designs, and project schedules
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on requirements and deliver cohesive solutions
• Proactively identify potential risks or issues, and propose innovative solutions
• Refactor and improve codebases for performance and maintainability
• Monitor system performance and respond to alerts
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
