Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
• Develop and maintain Android and iOS mobile applications.
• Build and maintain backend systems, databases, and REST APIs.
• Develop secure login, registration, user-management, and role-based systems.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services.
• Integrate payment gateways, maps, notifications, WhatsApp, email, and other required services.
• Design and manage databases.
• Troubleshoot bugs, improve application performance, and maintain security.
• Deploy and maintain applications on production servers and cloud platforms.
• Publish and maintain applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Work with management to understand requirements and convert them into functional technical solutions.
• Maintain existing applications and continuously improve functionality and user experience.
• Ensure websites and applications are optimized for speed, security, scalability, and mobile responsiveness.

Required Technical Skills

The candidate should have strong practical experience in most of the following:

Frontend

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• React.js / Next.js or equivalent
• Responsive web development

Backend

• Node.js / PHP / Laravel / Python or equivalent
• REST API development and integration
• Authentication and authorization

Mobile

• Flutter / Dart or React Native
• Android and iOS application development
• App deployment and maintenance

Database

• MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
• Database design and management

DevOps & Tools

• Git / GitHub
• Cloud hosting and server deployment
• Basic Linux/server administration
• Debugging and performance optimization

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Demonstrable experience developing both web and mobile applications.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple development tasks.
• Good understanding of software development best practices.
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical management.
• Candidates must provide examples of previous projects, websites, or mobile applications.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Candidate should be available to work in Dubai.
