Do you want to be involved in developing business-critical solutions within savings, funds and securities?
Max Matthiessen is looking for an experienced full-stack developer with a focus on backend and .NET, who also wants to work with our frontend solution. You will be part of a smaller, highly competent development team with a great deal of personal responsibility and close connection to the business.
Here you will work both with existing business-critical systems and with the continued modernization of the platform. We are developing our .NET environment, building out legacy solutions, and continuing our move towards modern .NET and Azure.

You will:
An important part of the role is to be able to take responsibility within your own area of expertise and to be willing to collaborate broadly. The team is small and competent, which means that you have the opportunity to influence and be close to both technical decisions and the needs of the business.
About you and your experience
We believe you have around 5-10 years of experience in systems development and a strong foundation in the Microsoft technology stack.
You have experience with some or more of the following techniques:
Your expertise lies within the backend, but you want and can work with the frontend as well.
Experience from funds, securities, banking, payments or other financial operations is a strong asset. It is also positive if you have experience in testing, Azure Native and working in operations where regulations and handling of financial transactions are an important part of everyday life.
Academic education in computer/systems development is an advantage, but not essential. Higher education or equivalent skills acquired through work also work well.

You like to collaborate and appreciate a team where different skills and perspectives can take place. You are unpretentious, positive and driven and don't need to have ready-made answers to everything - however, you want to understand, learn and contribute.

About the team & our offer
You will be part of a development team of five people with expertise in backend, frontend and database development. The team works agile according to Scrum with daily standups, refinements, retrospectives and three-week sprints.
The atmosphere in the team is friendly and decisions are made close to those who actually do the work. Everyone is expected to contribute their perspectives and the team actively works to stay up to date through, among other things, training, external speakers and conferences.
Max Matthiessen has been around for over 100 years and combines the stability of an established company with ongoing technical modernization. Many choose to stay for a long time, the colleagues, the sense of belonging and the opportunity to continue learning are important reasons.
We work in a hybrid environment with office work two days per week as a basis. The team is currently located in several locations and for the right person there is the possibility to discuss placement outside of Stockholm.
