Novus College is expanding its tech team and we’re on the lookout for a driven and skilled developer to help us enhance and maintain our digital systems. This role offers flexibility (part-time or full-time) and an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Django (Python) and SQL databases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy features
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of systems
• Debug, test, and document solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in full stack development with Django and Python
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database design
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Additional Info:

• Candidates will be required to complete a programming test as part of the selection process
• Open to part-time or full-time availability
• Based in Sydney (on-campus preferred)
