ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain internal and customer-facing applications that support Photon Brothers’ operations and growth. This role partners closely with operations, sales, and leadership to translate real-world business needs into reliable, scalable software solutions. This is an opportunity for a developer who enjoys ownership, practical problem-solving, and working in a fast-moving environment where technology directly impacts business outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Application Development Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces for internal teams and customers Develop backend services, business logic, and APIs Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Integrations & Systems Build and maintain integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., CRM, project management, accounting, or other SaaS tools) Develop and consume RESTful APIs to support system interoperability Ensure data integrity, reliability, and performance across integrated systems AI & Automation Contribute to the design and implementation of AI-enabled features that improve internal workflows and decision-making Integrate AI or automation tools (e.g., LLM APIs, intelligent data processing, or workflow automation) to enhance efficiency and scalability Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI-driven solutions can add practical business value Collaboration & Delivery Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand workflows Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues Help improve development standards, documentation, and internal tooling Requirements 3–5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer Experience with: Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, React (or similar modern framework) Backend: Node.js, Python, or similar backend language Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs Familiarity with Git-based version control Understanding of authentication, authorization, and basic application security Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience building or maintaining third-party integrations Exposure to AI-powered tools or services, such as: Integrating with AI/LLM APIs Implementing automation, summarization, classification, or decision-support features Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Interest in renewable energy, construction tech, or operations-driven environments All full time role are eligible to participate in our medical, dental, and vision plans.
