REQUIREMENTS

• Full stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency with:
• Frontend: React / React Native (mobile-first is a big plus).
• Backend: Node.js (Express) or Django/Flask.
• Database: PostgreSQL or Firebase/Supabase.
• Experience with payment integrations (Stripe or similar).
• Familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure cloud services.
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment and take ownership of features.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our founding team and help bring our MVP to life. You’ll work closely with the founder (who leads product/UX design in Figma) to design, build, and launch the platform. This is a unique opportunity to own the technical backbone of a startup from day one.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, test, and deploy features for both web and mobile platforms.
• Build core functionality: user profiles, postings, bidding system, messaging, reviews, and payments.
• Integrate Stripe Connect for escrow-style payments, subscriptions, and multi-party payouts.
• Implement secure authentication, role-based permissions, and notifications.
• Work with Figma prototypes and translate designs into responsive, production-ready code.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and help scale the platform as we grow.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and design to ensure a smooth user experience.
