The team is building scalable and maintainable enterprise‑grade solutions used in precision cancer medicine. What You Will Do As a Full Stack Developer, you will take a key role in designing and developing custom web applications end‑to‑end. You will contribute to backend and frontend development, API design, data integrations, and cloud architecture. You will work closely with biologists, data scientists, and product teams in a highly collaborative environment focused on clean architecture, documentation, and maintainability. Developing full‑stack features using Python (FastAPI) and React Designing and building integrations for large‑scale data workflows Working with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and cloud infrastructure (GCP) Contributing to early prototyping and architecture discussions Ensuring code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to clarify requirements and data/API assumptions You might be the perfect match if you are/have: 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer in an agile environment experience in data intensive apps in scientific/biological context Strong experience with Python 3.9+ and cloud‑based application development Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React BigQuery experience Hands-on experience with database technologies such as Postgres, Snowflake or Oracle Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices Understanding of cloud services: GCP Ownership mindset, proactive approach, strong communication skills Experience collaborating with stakeholders in cross‑functional teams Located in Czechia, Slovakia or Hungary Fluency in English (spoken and written) Nice to have: R / RShiny (migrations to Python) React (collaboration on data‑intensive apps / UI touchpoints).
