Rigi is XTM’s visual-context localization platform, giving translators real-time UI previews so they can see exactly where each string appears. This reduces guesswork, cuts down on developer enquiries, and speeds up multilingual releases. As part of the Rigi engineering team, you’ll build full-stack features that power these previews, workflows, and integrations. This role is hybrid, with three days a week at the office. What You’ll Do Build and maintain .NET backend services for string processing, preview automation, and workflow integration Develop React + TypeScript interfaces used by translators, reviewers, and developers Design and implement APIs and cloud-native features on AWS Contribute to Rigi’s UI-capture and context-generation pipeline Improve scalability, performance, and system reliability Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams across XTM Maintain high code quality through clean practices, testing, and CI/CD (GitHub Actions) 4+ years of C# enterprise development Professional experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core Strong experience with React and TypeScript Knowledge of AWS services for backend development Understanding of modern full-stack architecture Experience designing REST APIs and working with async or distributed systems Familiarity with: GitHub workflows and branching GitHub Actions for CI/CD Jira for planning and tracking Focus on maintainability, testing, and clean engineering Nice to Have Experience with localization tools or content-processing systems Background in microservices or event-driven workflows UX/UI awareness for building clean React components Automated testing experience (unit, integration, UI) Modern Stack .NET, AWS, React, TypeScript, GitHub Actions, Jira Why Join Help shape a platform used worldwide in localization and product delivery Full-stack work with a clean, modern tech stack Hybrid work setup in The Hague Engineering-driven environment with room for impact and ownership What You Can Expect Beyond a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits designed to support your life and career, including: Flexible work arrangements, with options for remote and hybrid setups (location-dependent) Professional development, with access to international opportunities and career advancement programs Continuous learning, powered by top-tier tools, training resources, and industry expertise Benefits may vary by location — your Talent Partner will provide full details during the hiring process.
