QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Full-stack Expertise: Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development.
Back-end Priority: Prior experience in back-end development, with a focus on NodeJS (Fastify preferred).
In-Person Commitment: This is an in-person, full-time position at our Calgary office.
Personal Attributes: Effective communication, discipline, and creativity are integral to our team culture.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

HealthTech Experience: Previous involvement in programming Electronic Health Records (EHRs) or healthtech projects is a plus.
Fastify Proficiency: Specific experience with the Fastify framework is highly desirable.
Startup Experience: Familiarity with programming systems/projects/companies from scratch, particularly within successful startup environments.
Front-end Skills: Knowledge of front-end technologies such as raw JavaScript and/or Svelte enhances your profile as a full-stack developer.
