We are looking for a talented Full-stack Developer to join our clients dynamic team in Vancouver, British Columbia. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a key role in designing and implementing innovative, cloud-based applications that address complex technical and business needs. • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Modernize existing systems by implementing secure, cloud-based, microservices architectures.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enhance automation and streamline deployment processes.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications that meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production systems to maintain reliable application performance.
• Contribute to the design and development of responsive user interfaces with a focus on UI/UX best practices.
• Work with Microsoft Azure services, including containerized development and Cosmos DB, to build modern applications.
• Apply Agile methodologies to manage tasks, prioritize deliverables, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• A post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Full-stack Developer working with technologies such as C#, .NET, React, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Proficiency in both relational and NoSQL databases, with experience in Microsoft Azure..
• Hands-on experience with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated build tools.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture, design patterns, and modern development practices.
• Proven ability to create user-friendly, responsive interfaces following UI/UX principles.
• Experience in providing production support for critical enterprise systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with a commitment to continuous learning.
