You’ll spend about half of your time coding and the other half helping the team stay organized as a Scrum Master. It’s a great fit if you enjoy writing code but also like coaching people and making sure projects run smoothly. What you’ll do Development (50%): Write clean code, build new features, and make sure everything is well-tested. Scrum Master (50%): Lead our daily meetings, help us plan our work, and remove any obstacles that get in the team's way. Collaboration: Work closely with the team to improve how we deliver software every day. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proven experience as a Software Developer with a solid technical background. Solid experience playing the Scrum Master role (facilitating rituals, managing backlogs, coaching teams). Strong Java 11 and React 18 skills. Proficiency in MySQL/H2. Fluent English and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice to have Scrum Master Certification (PSM/CSM). Experience with Spring, JUnit, Mockito. Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Jenkins. Knowledge of TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
