FULL STACK DEVELOPER - SENIOR:

On behalf of our government client, Procom is searching for a Full Stack Developer - Senior for a one-year role. This position is a hybrid position with occasional days onsite at our client’s Edmonton office.

FULL STACK DEVELOPER - SENIOR - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The project is focused on digital transformation and service innovation within the government, aiming to enhance user experiences and improve service delivery to Albertans. The Full Stack Developer will be part of cross-functional teams working on program reviews and digital transformation projects to deliver efficient and effective new services.

FULL STACK DEVELOPER - SENIOR - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.JS.
• Experience with backend technologies like C# .Net Core, Node.js, or Python.
• Knowledge of relational databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

FULL STACK DEVELOPER - SENIOR – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience with human-centered design approaches.
• Familiarity with agile methodology.
• Knowledge of modern data practices.
• Experience in the public sector.
• Understanding of accessibility standards.

• Participate in project research and discovery, including field research and user interviews.
• Lead technical discovery and deliver related artifacts such as diagrams and documentation.
• Provide solution design and development services, including detailed solution designs and feature completion.
• Collaborate with frontend designers to ensure a consistent look and feel.
• Advise product owners on technical efforts and implementation options.
• Support solution deployment and launch for limited and general availability.
• Contribute to a platform of user-centric services and reusable components.
