SoilTrackers is a green-tech company transforming how the construction industry manages excess soil. Our platform connects contractors, haulers, and landowners to enable compliant, efficient, and sustainable soil movement. Now, we’re taking it to the next level — building a soil marketplace to match contractors with haulers and connect soil from source sites to fill sites in real time.

You’ll be a hands-on builder, working across the stack to develop the marketplace from the ground up. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment, loves solving real-world problems with technology, and wants their code to have an environmental impact.

You’ll work closely with our product team, our existing developers, and the CEO to:

• Design & develop core marketplace features for matching contractors, haulers, and sites.
• Integrate real-time tracking, mapping, and payment systems (Stripe API) into the platform.
• Collaborate on architecture decisions and technology stack improvements.
• Optimize performance, security, and scalability for a growing user base.
• Contribute to shaping the company’s technical direction and culture.
