We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help build revolutionary software products for the insurance industry. You will work closely with our product and technology teams to create innovative, high-performance applications that set a new standard in our sector.

· Excellent communication skills in english and french to effectively convey complex technical concepts.

· Architect and develop applications using Blazor Wasm and Blazor Server technologies.
· Design and build cloud-native applications leveraging a microservices architecture.
· Propose, evaluate, and implement technical solutions that align with business objectives.
· Participate in peer design and code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
· Provide technical input into product roadmaps, backlog refinement, and effort estimation.
· Contribute to DevOps improvement initiatives and evolve Agile development practices.
· Share best practices, mentor team members, and foster continuous improvement within the team.
