Job Family Definition Designs, develops, and applies advanced software engineering practices to build applications and systems that enable data-driven and GenAI solutions. Translates complex requirements into scalable, user-friendly applications that embed analytics and AI capabilities into business processes. Combines technical expertise in full stack development with modern data platforms to deliver actionable insights and seamless user experiences. Management Level Definition Contributions include applying subject matter expertise in full stack development to solve common and complex technical problems, recommending alternatives where necessary. May act as technical lead and provide guidance to junior developers. Exercises independent judgment and collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives. What you’ll do: Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications (front-end and back-end) that power GenAI solutions. Build intuitive, responsive UI components using React (Vite), TypeScript, Redux, and modern charting libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js, Plotly). Develop secure authentication and authorization flows with Okta integration. Implement back-end services and APIs using .NET, Entity Framework, Python, and FAST APIs. Integrate data pipelines and analytic models into production systems using Databricks and Microsoft Fabric. Work with Postgres and other databases to manage structured/unstructured data efficiently. Develop dashboards and interactive reports using Power BI and embed them into applications. Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications across cloud and containerized environments. Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, manage deployments with Helm charts, and containerize applications with Docker. Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to embed AI/analytics into client-facing applications. Lead technical design discussions, mentor junior developers, and contribute to best practices in software engineering. What you need to bring: Education and Experience Required Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications. Experience with AI/GenAI integration preferred. Knowledge and Skills Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Vite, TypeScript, Redux) and back-end technologies (.NET, Entity Framework, Python, FAST APIs). Experience with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Expertise in relational and non-relational databases, especially Postgres. Familiarity with Power BI and other visualization tools for embedding analytics into applications. Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and data integration. Experience with modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Helm charts, Docker). Knowledge of logging, auditing, and monitoring frameworks (ELK stack, Grafana, Prometheus). Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
