Responsibilities As the Full Stack Developer, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications and backend services that support our core telematics platform. You will work closely with the product manager and fellow developers to deliver high-quality, scalable software that meets the demands of our customers. Key Responsibilities include: Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications and APIs Lead development efforts across both frontend (React, Angular) and backend (Node.js, Python, Kotlin, etc.) stacks Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help define technical requirements and architectural decisions Optimize system performance, security, and reliability Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews Participate in 3rd party integration projects (eg.TMS systems, video telematics systems) Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Apply AI tools to streamline development workflows, enhance testing, and support data-driven features (e.g., AI-assisted code generation, anomaly detection, or predictive analytics) Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in telematics, IoT, and software development You Possess Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in full stack development, ideally in SaaS or telematics environments Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) Strong backend development skills using Node.js, Python or Java Solid experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and asynchronous processing Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP Hands-on experience using AI tools in the development lifecycle (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, test generation, code review, or AI-based analytics) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with real-time data streaming and analytics Knowledge of IoT device integration and fleet compliance systems Prior experience in a senior or lead developer role
