Responsibilities

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

  • Develop high-quality web, mobile, and API applications using a diverse technology stack to communicate data, analytics, and insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Design and implement integration layers and wrappers around third-party products, enabling a seamless user experience across varying backend technologies.
  • Take end-to-end technical ownership of the software development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with development standards and fulfillment of business and functional requirements.
  • Participate in requirements analysis, contributing technical insight to ensure proposed solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with stakeholder needs.
  • Design and implement automated testing strategies and actively support CI/CD pipelines to enhance software quality and reduce deployment risks.
  • Provide Level 3 production support for developed applications, investigating and resolving defects to ensure stability and continuous service.
  • Support product in-housing and onboarding of third-party applications, including coordinating and leading external contractors to achieve quality and integration objectives.
  • Actively contribute to knowledge sharing, participating in code reviews, architectural discussions, and broader engineering team practices to uplift delivery standards.
  • Navigate competing priorities in a dynamic environment, balancing project delivery with ongoing support and development responsibilities.
  • Collaborate and engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders, maintaining focus on delivery while managing conflicting objectives and expectations.
