What you'll need:Must have-4+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems, including rich experience in end-to-end system design and delivery.
Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) for backend development and React/Next.js or React Native for UI development; must have hands-on full stack engineering experience.
Solid understanding of software design principles, testing practices, and delivery fundamentals.
Clear written and verbal communication with teammates, product managers, and stakeholders.
Nice to havePrior experience in distributed systems, high-traffic services, or data-intensive platforms.
Familiarity with agile/scrum delivery models.
Experience integrating third-party video conferencing solutions into web or enterprise applications using APIs or SDKs.
