REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years of software experience
• Writes clean, understandable code that is easy to refactor later
• Deep understanding of modern javascript frameworks
• Understanding of the component oriented approach
• Familiarity with ES6 syntax
• Comfortable with CSS
• Experience with at least one frontend development framework (vue, react, angular, etc.)
• Solid understanding of REST and CRUD Fundamentals
• Solid understanding of the HTTP protocol
• Solid understanding of API design best practices
• Knows common distributed system architectures and is able to actively participate and lead in architectural decisions
• Know how to write efficient and secure server side code
• Experience with at least one backend technology stack
• Experience with NodeJS
• Experience with NoSQL databases
• Understanding of object oriented design
• Familiarity with server side infrastructure, specifically cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and devops practices
• Experience with version control software

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Real world experience with Vue.js
• Experience with MongoDB
• Experience with ArangoDB
• Experience with AWS EC2, S3, Auto Scaling
• Experience with GraphQL
• Experience with Docker
• Comfortable working with large data sets
• Familiarity with visual programming tools
• Hands-on experience with performance tuning and scalability of web applications in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Demonstrated success in scaling web platforms for broad user adoption and performance under load.

  Pay: $90,218.00 - $122,183.00 per year
