You’ll be at the heart of the transformation — designing, developing, and delivering code that moves the mission forward every day. What you'll do: Design and build core features of our new web platform from the ground up. Collaborate with backend, frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver seamless migration of features and data. Translate complex business logic from the client application into clean, efficient, scalable web architecture. Work with product managers and UX designers to create elegant, intuitive interfaces. Contribute to technical architecture discussions, and help define standards, tools, and frameworks. Ensure code quality, performance, and security across the stack. Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence. Experiment, optimize, and continuously push for improvement in both product and process. 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development. Deep proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (.NET & Node.js). Experience in API design, microservices, and REST or GraphQL architectures. Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers, etc.). A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and pride in building high-performing systems. Excellent collaboration skills — able to work closely with designers, PMs, and fellow engineers. You enjoy working in cross-functional teams and are willing to come to our office in Kontich at least one to two days per week. Your native language is Dutch or French, and you are also highly proficient in English.
