This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1200000 - Rs 1800000 (ie INR 12-18 LPA) Min Experience: 4 years Location: Pune JobType: full-time As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for owning the full software development lifecycle and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. This role requires a strong technical foundation and hands-on experience in modern web technologies, along with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to convert requirements into robust product features. You will analyze systems for reliability, performance, and risk, while managing priorities and ensuring smooth execution from planning to deployment. Key Responsibilities Lead and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle—from requirement gathering and design to development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Manage the full product lifecycle, incorporating customer and stakeholder feedback, prioritizing change requests, and driving feature execution before and after launch. Conduct in-depth systems analysis to evaluate performance, reliability, risks, and code quality. Manage project deliverables by resolving conflicts, addressing blockers, and adapting to changing business needs. Apply process management best practices to improve efficiency, operational workflows, and delivery standards. Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively with stakeholders and team members through strong written and verbal communication skills. Desired Candidate Profile Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in end-to-end implementation and deployment on cloud-based systems. Technical Skills: Expertise in Angular 8+, Azure, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server 2012/2014+, and related frameworks. OOPs & OOD: Strong understanding of Object-Oriented principles with the ability to build scalable and maintainable systems using OOD best practices. Database Knowledge: Solid experience with RDBMS, database design principles, and normalization. Hands-On Expertise: Proven background in designing, developing, debugging, and optimizing full stack applications.
