We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Full Stack Tech Lead/Anchor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with significant hands-on experience developing ,deploying and migrating applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , coupled with experience as a Full Stack Development, and proven experience leading/guiding a team of developers. You will be responsible for the building and maintenance of scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions across the full stack (backend and front end) , while leveraging GCP services to drive business value, and providing direction to the other members of the development team. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and taking ownership of projects from conception to deployment.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 6+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
  • 2+ years of professional experience configuring, managing and launching full scale applications in a GCP environment
  • 2+ years of professional as a Technical Leader for a team of application developers
  • Ability to drive application migrations across Teams.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Front-End: Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (preferably Angular), along with a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Back-End: Knowledge on multiple backend technologies, with proficiency specifically in Java. Experience with Spring Boot web frameworks.
  • Cloud:
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including Cloud run, App Engine, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Kubernetes Engine (GKE), and openshift CaaS.
  • Strong Experience in troubleshooting GCP Platform & resolving complex application challenges/issues
  • Databases: Experience with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
  • APIs: Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  • Enterprise SSO technologies : Experience with ADFS, SAML and Cloud based Securities
  • DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Experiece with Fossa, Chekmarx , SonarQube.
  • Source Control Repositories : Expertise with GitHub and Build Tools
  • Technical Leadership: Technical consulting ability to guide the development team in best practices, technical direction and business-to-technology mapping guidance

  • Leadership: Ability lead a diverse team (some remote, others local) by providing guidance, championing knowledge building and exhibiting patience. Always looking to bring out the best in the team.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
