REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong experience in ReactJS, Python, TypeScript.
• Proficient in SQL and PostgreSQL database design.
• Solid understanding of API architecture (REST, WebSocket, SSE).
• Hands-on with GCP services (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Identity Platform).
• Familiarity with AWS services for redundancy and integration.
• Experience with Zoho Deluge scripting and Zoho app integrations.
• Strong understanding of IAM, authentication (OIDC/SAML), and secure API access.

PREFERRED SKILLS (BONUS)

• ROS (Robot Operating System) integration experience.
• Knowledge of real-time monitoring dashboards and analytics platforms.
• Experience in mobile app deployment (Apple App Store, Google Play).

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are building a custom, manufacturer-agnostic fleet management platform that integrates real-time monitoring, analytics, ticketing, and knowledge base features for robotic fleets. This role is for a versatile developer who can work across front-end, back-end, and cloud infrastructure to deliver both web and mobile applications.
You will work closely with our product, robotics, and support teams to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Application Development
• Build responsive ReactJS front-end applications for web and mobile (iOS, Android).
• Develop back-end services and APIs in Python and TypeScript.
• Integrate with third-party APIs (robotic vendors, Zoho CRM/Desk/Analytics).
• Implement real-time data streaming with WebSockets/SSE.
• Database & API Architecture
• Design and maintain PostgreSQL and SQL-based data models.
• Implement and optimize data ingestion pipelines (Pub/Sub, Dataflow, BigQuery).
• Manage authentication and authorization using IAM and secure API gateways.
• Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps
• Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 / HIPAA-ready standards.
• Integration with Zoho Deluge & Admin Backend
• Develop custom workflows in Zoho Deluge.
• Sync data between Zoho Desk, Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and the CCS platform.
• Bonus – ROS (Robot Operating System)
• Work with ROS topic-level data ingestion for advanced fleet monitoring.
• Integrate ROS edge relays and telemetry.
