We partner with eCommerce, service, and B2B brands to drive measurable growth across multiple channels — and we’re looking for a hands-on, multi-skilled marketer who can run campaigns, build systems, and grow brands end-to-end.
Role Overview
You’ll be the architect and operator of client growth strategies: running Paid Media, optimizing SEO, building Shopify stores, managing content calendars, and setting up automation. You’ll work directly with the founder to execute high-impact campaigns from idea to revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Manage advanced audience targeting, remarketing, and funnel-based campaigns
- Monitor and optimize for CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR
SEO & Content
- Execute technical SEO (audits, Core Web Vitals, schema)
- Develop on-page SEO strategies (content, keyword targeting, internal linking)
- Drive off-page SEO (backlinks, partnerships, digital PR)
- Use tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO
Shopify & Website Builds
- Build and customize Shopify stores (themes, apps, product setup, navigation)
- Optimize store UX, speed, and checkout flow for conversions
- Create high-converting landing pages and lead gen funnels
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute multi-platform content calendars (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Coordinate creative production (copy, graphics, video) with internal or external teams
- Use scheduling/analytics tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social
- Implement engagement tactics to build community and boost brand visibility
- Repurpose content across formats and platforms for maximum reach
Automation & Retention
- Build marketing automation workflows in Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot
- Create email/SMS campaigns and automated flows (abandoned cart, win-back, upsell)
- Use Zapier/Make to integrate apps and streamline workflows
Analytics & CRO
- Set up tracking via Google Tag Manager, GA4, and ad platform pixels
- Build dashboards in Looker Studio
- Run A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates
- Use Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity for behavior analysis
Requirements
- 5+ years in a full-stack digital marketing role (agency or brand)
- Proven results in SEO, Paid Media, Social Media Management, and Shopify
- Ability to build and optimize Shopify stores independently
- Strong analytics, tracking, and CRO skills
- Experience with automation and CRM integrations
- Excellent copywriting & creative coordination skills
Bonus Skills
- Basic design/video editing (Canva, Adobe, CapCut)
- Familiarity with AI marketing tools
- Experience with influencer marketing and UGC

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
