Co-Development Business Unit is hiring for Full Stack Engineer Internal Code: A26131 You will work in Singapore Government Agencies This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is till March 2028. You will be working on a sophisticated data-driven system with complex workflows that leverage AI models. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, which includes data scientists, designers, and product managers. Your primary responsibility will be application development to implement new modules and enhance existing systems. We value self-starters with a strong sense of ownership, who work independently and take the initiative to solve problems as they arise. Individuals should demonstrate a strong ability to reach across domains (e.g. product, design, data science, etc.), learn quickly and engage meaningfully with other stakeholders/domain experts in order to better execute on your own tasks and deliver a well-integrated solution. What will you do? Develop and maintain full-stack applications using ReactJS with TypeScript for frontend and Python Django for backend Build and enhance modules for our data-intensive system with complex AI powered workflows Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab Implement and maintain automated testing scripts and quality assurance frameworks, including observability and monitoring tools Collaborate closely with team members and provide technical insights and feedback Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical architecture decisions What are we looking for? At least 3 years of demonstrated experience with full-stack web application development Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, AngularJS) to develop customised front-end components Proficiency with Python web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, etc.) or back-end frameworks (e.g. FastAPI) with preference for Django Understanding of DevOps principles and proficiency with automation of software testing and deployment processes for containerized applications, as well as observability and monitoring using common DevOps tooling (e.g., Gitlab, Docker, Kubernetes, Elastic Stack) Understanding of system design principles and proficiency in applying them to build performant, resilient and maintainable system, while balancing trade-offs with key stakeholders, incl. product decision makers and business owners Hybrid working model: 3 days in office (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) as per division policy Required to attend office meetings even if they fall on work-from-home days (Tuesday/Thursday) Working hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM Other arrangements may be discussed and are subject to division approval What do we offer in return?
