This role requires engaging with various stages of the development lifecycle to create seamless and efficient solutions. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and approaches, ensuring that the delivered products meet client needs and enhance service quality. Embracing a cloud-first and agile methodology, the workday is dynamic, focused on innovation and problem-solving to address complex business challenges effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends to apply best practices. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards in development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development React. - Strong understanding of front-end frameworks and libraries related to React. - Experience with responsive design principles to ensure applications work across multiple devices and platforms. - Familiarity with integrating front-end components with backend services and APIs. - Ability to optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues effectively. - Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
