YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Informatics, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following: Java, C++, React, TypeScript, Swift, or Rust
  • Demonstrated software development experience — GitHub contributions are a plus
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and contribute across the stack
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in German or English
Responsibilities

THE TEAM AND ROLE

We are looking for a (Senior) Full Stack Engineer (all genders) to join our development team and contribute to building state-of-the-art software used in critical clinical environments. You will work on large-scale infrastructure and be involved across the entire product lifecycle — from designing and testing to deploying and maintaining core Avelios services. This is a hands-on role where you will help shape both backend and frontend components of our platform.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work directly with our core development team to build full-stack solutions across clinical use cases
  • Design, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure Avelios services
  • Develop large-scale software systems used in critical healthcare environments
  • Work with the latest technologies in both backend and frontend development
  • Apply best practices in clean, efficient, and secure software engineering
  • Continuously improve performance, usability, and development processes
