We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who will play a key role in leading a team of developers while also being hands-on in developing and deploying a scalable web application. This role requires expertise in React (Ant Design framework), Python, FastAPI, BigQuery, and Docker, with deployments in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader who can make decisions, resolve complex issues, and mentor a team of engineers. You will be responsible for designing APIs, defining data architecture, and ensuring high-performance applications that scale. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance. Full Stack Development: Design and build user interfaces using React (Ant Design) and develop robust back-end services with Python and FastAPI. Database & Analytics: Work with BigQuery to handle large-scale data processing and analytics. Code Quality & Best Practices: Ensure high code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to software development best practices. Issue Resolution & Decision-Making: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, making informed decisions to keep the team moving forward. Agile Execution: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders in an agile development environment. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development. Strong experience with React, particularly with the Ant Design framework. Proficient in Python and FastAPI for backend development. Expertise in designing and optimizing APIs and data architecture. Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization. Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery for data analytics. Strong decision-making skills in technical architecture, design patterns, and troubleshooting. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployments. Familiarity with authentication and security best practices in API design. Understanding of cloud-native application development. Experience working in an agile development environment.
