Tasks

You'll work directly with the CTO – not as a ticket processor, but as someone who independently implements features end-to-end, from concept to production deployment.

What this means in concrete terms: You take responsibility for entire feature areas, collaborate on architectural decisions, and see what you have built the next day in real customer meetings.

qualification

At least 4 years of experience as a full-stack developer in the Node.js ecosystem.
Solid TypeScript knowledge
Experience with PostgreSQL
Next.js and/or NestJS – ideally both, one of which is mandatory.
You can independently implement features end-to-end – from conception to production deployment.
Basic knowledge of AWS

Bonus: Experience with Monorepos (Turborepo), testing with Jest and/or Playwright

You don't need financial knowledge. You need the desire to build a complex product that will change an entire industry.
