About the Role A fast-growing, Y Combinator-backed AI SaaS startup in the sales automation space is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to build AI systems end-to-end. This is a hands-on, high-agency role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a founder mindset to shipping complex, production-grade web applications. You'll join a small, product-focused engineering team delivering scalable, AI-powered software to distributors and manufacturers. What You'll Do Own the architecture and design of AI-powered systems from the ground up. Collaborate with engineers across the full stack to deliver robust features. Build data pipelines to process large-scale unstructured data efficiently. Deploy and manage software in cloud environments. Make the backend scalable, stable, and efficient. Develop scalable, reusable frontend components and API structures. Write clean, maintainable code with sensible test coverage. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum 2 years of full-time professional software engineering experience. Proficiency building end-to-end AI-powered web applications using Next.js / React on the frontend and Python on the backend. Demonstrated product-minded mindset with a track record of shipping complex web applications. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern CI/CD practices. Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and deployment. Nice to Have: Hands-on experience with ML/NLP technologies, including embeddings, vector databases, and RLHF, and deploying ML components in production. Experience with ML model serving and inference pipelines in production environments. Proficiency with PostgreSQL and relational data modeling. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $90,000 – $200,000 USD annually Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Location This is a fully on-site role based in Munich, Germany. Remote work is not available.
