That’s where you come in! We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our Digital Innovations team and help bring our most beloved brands to digital channels. As a motivated member of the engineering community, you will collaborate closely with partners across the org and contribute to high quality user experiences. You'll work within modern development methodologies and frameworks, owning well-scoped work from design through deployment. What You'll Do: Design, build, and maintain application features across the front end and back end. Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, architects, and product owners to break down requirements and deliver value. Implement component-based UIs in React or Vue Create reusable, well-documented UI components and patterns Participate actively in code reviews; give and receive constructive feedback throughout the development process. Write clear documentation and help uphold team engineering standards. What You'll Bring: 3-5 years of industry experience as a full stack or backend engineer. Strong fluency in modern web fundamentals Understanding of web performance optimization and tooling Proven ability to turn Figma files into accurate, responsive interfaces Experience developing REST and/or GraphQL APIs, data modeling, and databases (MongoDB preferred). Experience in test automation and writing unit tests. Strong verbal and written communication and teamwork skills. Solid understanding of CS fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms. Nice To Have: Familiarity with Wizards of the Coast games, especially Magic: the Gathering. Prior experience with logging and monitoring systems. Experience working with microservices (design, deployment and integration). The base salary range for this position is $101,800.00 to $152,600.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
