Strong engineering fundamentals matter more than whether you've spent the last five years working in one particular stack.

What they're looking for

• Have solid full-stack engineering experience, ideally with a strong back-end foundation
• Understand software architecture beyond simply implementing tickets
• Are already comfortable with AI-assisted / agentic software development, or genuinely want to work this way
• Can review, challenge and improve AI-generated code
• Understand security, scalability and engineering best practice
• Have strong SQL fundamentals
• Are comfortable moving between technologies rather than being tied to one language or framework
• Can communicate directly with stakeholders and customers when required
• Speak German, as this is currently the team's primary working language
