Middleware CTA (Common Template Accounting) is an integration solution developed on an internal integration platform. The aim is to integrate the accounting solution (SAP based) with the backend systems (data warehouse, goods management, customer management and so on) through a high-available and scalable cloud solution. The newly created platform is offered as a self-service, usable by both internal and external users, and administered internally. Please note that this role is open also for candidates in Brasov and Cluj. Job Description Your Responsibilities: Being involved in all phases of software engineering, from inception to coding, testing, delivery and operation; Developing high quality code that follows best practices and clean code principles; Advocate for improvements to product quality, security and performance; Collaborating with other engineers or team members on various layers of the infrastructure, in order to design and launch new features; Interacting with the client in order to understand and characterize their needs and advise them if necessary. Qualifications Required key competencies and qualifications: Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Java web applications, Spring, Hibernate and Webservices Additionally further web technology skills in the field of HTML, CSS and JavaScript (ReactJS) are beneficial Experience with application containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and micro services architecture Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline Excellent ability to communicate in English language verbally and in writing Skill to understand and focus on our internal clients' needs and goals, and to establish credibility and build relationships with clients Good and broad technical knowledge as a developer, understanding, applying and improving all different technologies, concepts and workflows involved in the product.
