Description

WHAT IS JEDOX?

At Jedox, we offer cutting-edge Performance Management Platform and Solutions that enable businesses to plan, analyze, and optimize their financial and operational performance. Our B2B Platform-as-a-Service offering consists of various components—sophisticated data representation and data collection, a powerful planning engine, and data integration—developed by our specialized product teams.
To drive our “Digital Business Partner” vision, we’re expanding our Engineering team and looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to help design and build the next generation of our platform services and applications.

Responsibilities

As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will be a pivotal technical leader driving the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable, cloud-ready web applications. You’ll work across the stack—Java Spring Boot services, React/TypeScript frontends, and the integrations that connect them—while championing code quality, CI/CD automation, and a clean, maintainable architecture. Collaborating closely with PMs, QA, and implementation teams, you’ll clarify requirements and align on technical and strategic priorities through agile ceremonies. With your help to mentoring and code reviews, you’ll elevate engineering excellence across teams. You’ll also own cross-team technical initiatives and make key design decisions for scalable, resilient systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript—covering backend services, frontend interfaces, and integrations.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure code quality by writing tests, enforcing standards, and maintaining deployment automation with tools like GitHub, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, and SonarQube.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (PMs, QA, Implementation Services) to align on technical and strategic priorities, clarify requirements, and plan cross-functional work. Communication via AHA, Microsoft Teams, and regular agile ceremonies.
  • Lead and mentor other engineers - providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and supporting professional development to improve overall engineering output.
  • Contribute to system and application architecture - making design decisions for scalable and maintainable systems; evaluate and introduce new technologies where appropriate; own and resolve cross-team technical initiatives and coordinate efforts across teams.
