Description TO SUM IT UP As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a critical role in building, scaling, and optimizing the technology that powers MOJO Car Wash across a rapidly growing, multi-location platform. YOU’LL WANT TO JOIN US BECAUSE… You’ll build technology used daily across hundreds of locations You’ll partner directly with leadership and influence technical direction You’ll help shape a modern, scalable tech stack You’ll work on high-volume, transaction-heavy systems (POS, memberships, payments) You’ll be part of a company investing heavily in growth and innovation YOU COULD BE A FIT IF YOU… Have strong experience in full stack development across frontend and backend systems Understand cloud-based environments and modern application architecture Have experience working with transactional or membership-based platforms Enjoy solving problems and improving system performance Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Take ownership of your work and drive solutions end-to-end IF YOU WERE HERE LAST MONTH, YOU MIGHT HAVE… Built and deployed new features supporting membership billing or POS integrations Developed internal tools to support real-time operations Integrated third-party systems such as payment processors or CRM tools Identified and resolved performance bottlenecks across data workflows Collaborated with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Full Stack Development Build and maintain data pipelines pulling from POS, labor, membership, and operational systems into our Snowflake data warehouse; write clean, well-documented SQL transformations in dbt (dbt Core / dbt Cloud) to support reporting and analytics workflows Develop and maintain API integrations and backend services in AWS Lambda; build RESTful APIs that support internal tooling and dashboards Work with agentic AI frameworks and LLM-powered tooling to automate recurring data workflows and operational tasks; demonstrate familiarity with prompt engineering, agent orchestration (e.g., LangChain or similar), and AI-based developer tools System Integration & Architecture Integrate with third-party systems (POS providers, payment processors, LPR, CRM tools) Design and maintain scalable microservices and distributed systems Help automate recurring ETL jobs and scheduled reporting tasks using tools such as Airflow or GitHub Actions Data & Analytics Enablement Support real-time dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) Build services and pipelines that enable data flow across systems Performance & Optimization Identify system bottlenecks and implement improvements Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and uptime Collaboration Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and HR Translate business requirements into technical solutions Support rapid iteration and deployment in a high-growth environment Requirements QUALIFICATIONS 1–3+ years of experience in full stack development (Snowflake, dbt, agentic AI) Experience with backend technologies (Python, Java, or similar) Experience building RESTful or GraphQL APIs Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred – Lambda, S3) Strong understanding of databases – SQL Experience building scalable, distributed systems Familiarity with microservices architecture Experience integrating with third-party APIs BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE… Experience with POS systems, payment processing, or subscription platforms Background in multi-location environments (car wash, retail, franchise, hospitality) Experience building internal tools or operational dashboards Exposure to AI, automation, or predictive analytics tools Experience in high-growth or scaling organizations LOCATION AND HOURS This role is based in Dallas, TX.
