Job Description: Own the coding/design of a sub-module Review the requirements and provide simple, workable solutions Design and document the sub-module working with the tech-lead Implement the critical parts of the module Ensure coding standards, proper design patterns, writing test cases. Mentor the junior programmers Peer and junior programmer's code review Work independently and proactively to deliver production-ready code with minimal guidance Skillset Requirements: Strong experience in developing backend systems JavaScript (Node.js) or Java, along with frameworks like Express.js, and Spring Boot, and databases like MySQL or MongoDB. Prior experience [minimum 6+ years] in stack Angular JS CSS, Java Script, HTML5, Boot Strap or React /Vue.JS/Next.Js and overall experience of 6-10 years in software development. Ability to work in a team structure and deliver projects on time. Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills in super changing environment Understanding of algorithms and data structures. Should have knowledge on any of the Cloud Technologies [AWS/Azure/GCP]. Strong troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand business and technical requirements Ability to document the requirements inform of word document and/or UML diagrams Excellent written and verbal communication skills PREFERRED Qualifications Experience with Designer Specialty Retail and Food & Drug POS solutions (payments, eWIC, loyalty, promotions, etc.) Experience with POS and Self-Checkout Integrations. Responsibilities
