What We Value Pragmatism over perfection - shipping working prototypes beats endless planning Curiosity - you ask “why” and “what if” regularly Ownership - you see projects through from conception to deployment Communication - you can explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders Adaptability - R&D means pivots, changing priorities, and exploring new territories Location: Remote Compensation: Up to $60 USD/hr (based on location/region) Panoptyc is building intelligent systems for the retail world.
