FULL STACK ENGINEER

Location: Hybrid, Lehi, UT. | Employment Type: Full-Time
A fast-growing SaaS company in the project management space is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join a senior-led, high-impact engineering team. This platform helps teams gain end-to-end visibility across complex projects—reducing friction, increasing efficiency, and empowering better decisions across the organization.
This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who loves solving hard technical problems, contributing to architectural decisions, and mentoring others on the team. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the direction of a product that’s actively evolving and scaling.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• 3+ years building backend services (ideally with Node.js and GraphQL)
• 2+ years of experience making architectural or system design contributions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Self-driven and comfortable working in fast-moving environments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 6+ years as a full stack engineer in a SaaS or startup setting
• Solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and performance tuning
• Experience working with large-scale systems and distributed architecture
• Strong interest in mentoring and cross-team collaboration
• Familiarity with Apollo Client or GraphQL schema design
