Description
At Last Call, we're helping build a world where access to information is equitable and easy. Our engineers work across the stack to make public services more clear, accessible, and human. Join us in that effort! You'll own what you build, collaborate directly with teammates and clients, and contribute to how we grow as an engineering team. This role is focused on testing and debugging existing codebases. What we're looking for Strong TypeScript and JavaScript skills, with experience in at least one major framework or runtime like React or Node.js. Experience with end-to-end testing tools like Playwright. You should be comfortable designing and consuming APIs and working with relational databases. Experience with AWS and IaC tools like Terraform is a plus. You communicate clearly, ask thoughtful questions, and take ownership of your work. How we work Fully remote, no traditional managers. You'll work closely with clients and teammates, take on real technical challenges, and have room to shape how we build.
