Wildfire is seeking a talented Full-Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team, working directly with the CEO to own and improve our Spark platform that will either:

  • Improve internal efficiencies of our team to steer away from an agency model and towards a two-tiered platform model (self-serve and managed service)
  • Directly generate incremental revenue for the company

The role goes above and beyond a traditional engineering capacity, taking shared overall ownership of the product working closely with the CEO, speak to users internally and externally, and ensure an incredible user experience.
You’ll take an early-stage product and turn it into an enterprise-level one, at the epicenter of advertising evolution.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years experience as a full-stack engineer
  • Ad-tech experience is preferred
  • Discord experience is preferred
  • AI-proficient to maximise efficiency in your workflow and do the jobs of 2-3 junior developers a few years ago using n8n, Claude Code etc
  • We’re looking for someone with the drive and the ability to be proactive and autonomous, whilst communicative and ambitious.
  • Proficiency with:


    • Typescript, Node.js, Next.js (React)

    • Supabase
    • Rabbitmq
    • Familiarity with cloud services.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    Responsibilities
    • Design and implement scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
    • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and/or be able to to create user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience.
    • Develop robust back-end services and APIs to support front-end functionality.
    • Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality through automated testing and continuous integration.
    • Own the Product Roadmap in Notion and represent all updates and future work internally.
    • Work closely CEO and Wildfire team to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack as they arise.
    • Maintain and improve existing codebases and refactor legacy systems to enhance performance.
