Job Title: Full Stack Gen AI Engineer About the Job We are looking for an innovative Full-Stack Generative AI Engineer with experience in designing, building, and deploying AI-powered applications. You should be skilled at combining front-end, back-end, and LLM/GenAI integration to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions. In this role, you will develop internal tools that power our annotation workflows, evaluation pipelines, and dashboards, while streamlining key processes across the team. You will also contribute to creating scalable, well-documented applications, as well as prototypes and processes for client-facing projects. You’ll work closely with linguists and project leads to design tools that are efficient, user-friendly, and robust enough to support both exploratory and production use cases. The ideal candidate is comfortable rapidly prototyping internal demos, annotation pilots, or experimental evaluations—and evolving those into maintainable, production-grade tools. Required Qualifications Generative AI & LLMs: Prompt engineering, LangChain, Hugging Face, APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) Machine Learning: PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, model deployment & optimization Back-End Development: Python (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Django), Node.js, REST APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes Front-End Development: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, UI/UX integration with AI systems Data Engineering: SQL/NoSQL (e.g., Postgres, MongoDB), data pipelines (e.g., JSONL, Airflow), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) 3+ years of programming experience in Python and working with Unix Familiarity with version control, reproducibility, and lightweight CI workflows Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams Fluent in English Preferred Qualifications Experience designing and implementing Agentic AI applications Familiarity with annotation tools (e.g., Label Studio, Doccano) and evaluation workflows Experience building dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Plotly, DataTables, D3.js)
