MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Java with Spring Boot – Proven experience developing and maintaining scalable backend systems.
• Frontend understanding – Comfortable working with Angular or React to support front-end integration and user experience.
• Cloud experience – Familiarity with any major cloud platform (GCP preferred, but AWS or Azure is acceptable with willingness to learn GCP).
• DevOps mindset – Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker), and cloud-native deployments.
• Ability to analyze, break down, and solve problems independently — not just code execution, but thoughtful design and solutioning.
• Strong communication and ownership mentality — ability to ask questions, challenge unclear requirements, and proactively drive work forward.

• Own and deliver features from start to finish with minimal guidance.
• Interpret and clarify incomplete or inconsistent requirements.
• Design, build, and support backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Contribute to UI components using Angular or React to complete full-stack features.
• Work in a cloud-native environment, deploying and maintaining applications on GCP or similar.
• Participate in platform engineering work that impacts multiple teams across the enterprise.
