FULL STACK JAVA DEVELOPER (CONTRACT, HYBRID, W2 ONLY)

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to join a long-term contract engagement. This role requires candidates who are commutable to the local area for hybrid work (no third-party applicants please, W2 only).
As part of a collaborative Agile team, you’ll be working closely with project managers, application owners, and other developers to design, build, test, and deploy software solutions. This position involves hands-on development across the stack, including front-end and back-end systems, as well as collaboration with UI/UX team members to deliver responsive, user-friendly applications.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 7+ years of Java development experience (including IDEs such as Eclipse or JBoss Developer Studio).
  • 5+ years with front-end technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, DataTables, Bootstrap, jQuery/jQuery UI).
  • 5+ years with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data).
  • 5+ years with JPA/Hibernate.
  • 4+ years with Oracle (12c or 19c).
  • Strong experience in Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • React.js (4+ years).
  • JBOSS Enterprise environment.
  • SQL and/or PL/SQL.
  • Log4j, JUnit, Tiles.
  • Jasper Reports, Crystal Reports, or Business Objects.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (ADA, WCAG 2.0, Section 508).
Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and deploy enterprise-level applications using Java and related frameworks.
  • Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
