JOB DESCRIPTION

A rapidly growing technology company is transforming the logistics industry, and is creating a real-time PoD (proof of delivery) system that utilizes AI innovation.
The company is currently seeking a Junior Full-Stack Developer in Java - someone who thrives at the intersection of scalable infrastructure, intelligent applications, and thoughtful product design.
The company is located in Brossard, has hybrid work model, a competitive salary + bonus and lots of interesting projects to work on.
The office is bilingual, and needs a developer who can communicate in both languages.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

· Bilingual (English and French)

• 3–5 years of experience with Node.js and its ecosystem
• Strong front-end development skills using React and Next.js
• Proven experience deploying serverless systems with AWS tools such as Lambda, CloudFront, Amplify, CloudWatch, and DynamoDB
• Expertise in designing systems that deliver real-time operational feedback and user monitoring
• Experience supporting legacy systems in C#/.NET
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
• Performance-driven and focused on resiliency and end-user impact

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

• Architect and build scalable web applications and APIs using Java and Node.js
• Develop serverless applications with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and related services, with an emphasis on resiliency and cost-effectiveness
• Create real-time data synchronization systems between ERP platforms and custom logistics solutions using proprietary APIs
• Design and build high-impact front-end dashboards (React/Next.js) for real-time monitoring and data feedback
• Implement robust monitoring dashboards to capture critical errors in real-time for proactive issue resolution
• Support and modernize legacy C#/.NET systems to ensure continued operational stability
