Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Develop scalable, high-quality solutions using established frameworks and best practices.
• Build and enhance front-end and back-end applications using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and React.
• Design and develop APIs, integrations, and data exchange solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Estimate effort, manage development tasks, and communicate project risks and issues.
• Support testing, deployment, and ongoing application performance and stability.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong Java development expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Spring, Hibernate, React, HTML, JavaScript/jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience working within Agile development environments and using JIRA.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, testing frameworks, and CI/CD principles.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
